As you may have gathered from my art and DIY removable headboard posts, we’re working on our master bedroom makeover. Maybe it’s just me, but I couldn’t fully conceptualize what I wanted without creating a mock up bedroom design first. So today I’m giving you a peek at what we’re doing, and I must say it’s pretty darn close to the final result.
I use the term ‘master’ lightly. At 11×10, our bedroom is tiny, awkward, and let’s face it, a bit of a design challenge. But that’s part of the fun right? For this redesign, we’re getting rid of a lot of furniture and therefore a lot of storage space. (hello donation bins!). But I’m hoping that will help us live a simpler, decluttered life. One can have aspirations right?
The above was the reworked final mock up for our bedroom design. There has been some changes, but it more or less is going to look like this. Now you’re going to have to wait a few more weeks until you see the final product, but next week you’ll get to see one section and get a free download. Can you handle the suspense?
