Laundry rooms are no longer the neglected corner they once were. Maybe people are realizing just how much time is spent in that little room, or they just want another excuse to beautify another corner of the home. Whatever the reason, I’m all in favour.
Our laundry room right now is in the basement and has minimal decor treatment. We painted the wood panelling white and put up a tile backsplash around the sink. That alone made a world of difference. But when we have more time and money to do the laundry room right, it’s going to look a little like the pictures above.
