Need a holiday drink to serve up at your next party? This one is super simple, festive and delicious.
What do you need to do?
- Peel a pomegranate and remove the seeds. I like this method the best.
- Pop a bottle of bubbly and pour into champagne flutes.
- Add a spoonful of pomegranate seeds to each glass.
- Serve.
Yup. It’s that simple friends.
You can also muddle pomegranate seeds and add its juice to your cocktail.
This drink both looks festive and is a surprising mix of flavours. From the tangy sips of bubbles, to an infusion of sweetness when you crunch down on the seeds. Seriously, so good.
Enjoy! And drink responsibly this holiday season 😉

Perfect timing, Tanya! I’m headed to the store today to buy a bottle of champagne for Bruce’s birthday celebration this evening. Well – and I’ll also buy a pomegranate….oh and some champagne flutes. haha I keep discovering things that we don’t have in our cupboards here!
Thanks for the idea!!
