I don’t know if you’re in the league of super tasters or if you’ve joined the anti-brussels sprouts club. But me? I love them. Each and every single one. I’ll eat them fried, roasted, baked. Anything but raw. And I won’t just eat them for thanksgiving (or in my case yanksgiving) dinner.
But if you aren’t a brussels-sprouts-phile like I am, you might need some convincing to eat these tasty little nuggets of green.
The answer?
Roasting them in a solid cast iron pan and adding a sprinkling of tangy lemon juice and crunchy rock salt. Preferably alder smoked rock salt.

I’m a fan! I love brussel sprouts since the first time I ate them. My latest favorite recipe is the mustard brussel sprouts from the A Beautiful Mess blog. The mustard dressing is PERFECTION.
