Autumn is one of my favourite seasons for cooking and baking. The combination of the hot oven warming the kitchen and the scent of those cozy spices is, to me, the epitome of autumn. So I always rejoice when this season comes around and I have an excuse to make these delights, butternut squash cupcakes, and I’m sharing them with you on the Wayfair Blog.
When I had my cupcake business I wanted to create an autumn cupcake that wasn’t pumpkin, because let’s face it, that little gourd is everywhere. The decision to use butternut squash was easy – it’s sweet and perfectly suited to the season, and to a cupcake.
Head on over to the Wayfair Blog to find out how to make your own. Maybe invite a few friends over so you don’t eat them all yourself (and hey if you do, I ain’t judgin’).

Love this idea!! I’m going to have to try it! Pumpkin is always the obvious choice in Fall baked goodies, so I’m eager to give butternut squash a go in something sweet 🙂
