Being a relapsed vegetarian/once vegan however I’m quite picky about the hot dogs I eat. It’s either all beef or, much preferably, bison. And that’s what we’re having tonight – bison hot dogs, with some sort of zany toppings like the choices above. Perhaps that peach and bacon topping from BHG….
Hilarious….Today is (officially) Sofia’s 7th birthday and we’re planning on roasting hot dogs tonight down by the Oyster River….and I had no idea it was International Hot Dog Day! So now I definitely don’t feel guilty about eating hot dogs tonight! 😉

Yummy hot dogs! We like the turkey type at our house. 🙂 I actually ate part of a beef one last week though, and it was delicious too!
Oh, I’m such a sucker for a hot dog! I realized too late yesterday that it was hot dog day. We’re going to have a belated hot dog celebration later on this week, with a visit to Sonic. So sinful. I like mine pretty basic, but I always love a grilled bun!
