Easter is just a few days away! Are you ready?
In case you’re scrambling to get your easter table ready, I’ve got you covered.
Download this free printable I made for you on Monday. Print it off, fill in what’s for dinner in your best writing, then place it on each plate to make your guests’ mouths water right away.
Complete the table setting with these easy and cute egg name place ‘cards’.
Hard boil your eggs and again, using your best writing, write your guests’ names on the egg shell. Use either a calligraphy pen and ink or a sharpie. Place the calligraphy egg on each plate or in an egg cup in front of each plate and voila, easter dinner table setting done.
This egg was done with a calligraphy pen. The pen was surprisingly easy to work with and the ink set in incredibly well.
If you want to go whole hog with easter dinner decor, you can also make this easter egg garland or tissue paper dyed easter eggs to decorate your home with.
What are your plans for this weekend?
Wishing you have a hip-hoppity rabbit filled weekend with endless mini eggs! (though I must admit I may have already over done it with those little pastel gems)
Those eggs are beautiful! And are those napkin rings shaped like bunnies?!? Cute! We’re gearing up for a busy weekend… we’re hosting two dinner parties and have a birthday party and play date to attend. Have a happy Easter, Tan!
What an adorable idea! If we ever have Easter at our house, we’ll definitely do this. We’re headed to the in-laws for Easter lunch with a giant Easter basket and a container full of coconut cupcakes. No place cards, but hopefully some hard boiled eggs are in our future! xo
Stephanie: They sure are! Sweet aren’t they? Wow two dinner parties and all that!? You are brave my friend.
Joy: I’m sad we aren’t hosting easter dinner because I want to do this and the menus for reals! Oh wow that basket sounds incredible! I’ll be making the roasted kale and fennel salad to bring. I’m so excited to eat it.
beautiful photos and name place eggs!
This is such a cute & fun idea! I love the name Ada also 😉
Woa, that is totally cool. I would totally use that if my son wasn’t allergic to eggs. >.<
