Even though I don’t have one (shameful I know) I just love the look of wreaths. Especially when made out of herbs and branches. It’s the perfect excuse to do some pruning and crafting! I call that super productive.
I think I need to do some crafting asap.
Do you hang a wreath at Christmastime? What does it look like?
Edit: Funny story time!
I was planning to make the boxwood wreath last weekend and posted this status on my facebook:
Does anyone have a boxwood hedge they wouldn’t mind me pruning?
Given the context it seems innocent enough right? Well.
My sister’s response: Erm…awkward..
…I need to read between the lines before I post statuses…

Ha! Pretty wreaths… love the one with oranges!

I was wondering what that status update was all about… lol Figured it was craft-related, but should have guessed it was another blog-worthy project! Keep your peepers peeled for a mention over at my blog this week… xxoo!!

Oh how lovely. I absolutely adore wreaths, and I fell in love with that olive branch one when I saw it online. Luckily, I actually have an olive tree in my garden and I was able to whip one up for our front door! So no awkward status updates for me. 🙂
