Lately we’ve been talking wedding bands. My dear fiance started out grudgingly dragging his feet into the jewellery stores, and has since been actively scouring the internet, favouriting all sorts of rings on etsy and enthusiastically showing me his top pics.
My dears, he has wedding band fever more than I.
It’s not that I’m excited, it’s just that I don’t know exactly what I want yet.
And so, I thought I would scour the internet myself and put together a little collection of wedding bands I love.
Pretty little things aren’t they?
1. Blueberry Branch Wedding Band: $270- $390 / 2. Hidalgo Thin Micro Pave Band: $910 / 3. Bario-Neal Quill Band: $128 / 4. Catbird Wheat Band: $430 / 5. Paul Morelli Confetti Ring: $7400 / 6. Satomi Kawakita Band: $1900 / 7. e.g.etal Fireworks Ring: $5925
And since it is my fiance who inspired me to write about wedding bands (and is so into it himself), I couldn’t leave out the gents:
1. Marmol Radziner Band: $100 / 2. Todd Reed Cubic Diamonds band: $925 / 3. Titanium & Silver Hammered Band: $229 / 4. Leaf Engraved Band: $975 / 5. Tungsten with Wood Inlay Band: $50 / 6. Harlan Band: $750 / 7. Rose Gold Vintage Band: $497
You can see more wedding bands I’ve pinned on my board 081812 – Dress
What is your ideal wedding band?

Wow ladies band #5 is really something! I don’t wear a band, my ring already has a double band and I thought that would be enough, but sometimes I wonder if people think I am still engaged. Sheldon went with a native carved wolf ring. We got it made at a store at Granville island. I like it because wolves mate for life. lol! He likes it because “wolves are cool”. Happy shopping!

I love stacking rings. Then for anniversaries and such you can get more. I like the idea of them not really matching, but kinda matching in the same color or something. and you can find faily inexpensive but still gorgeous ones on etsy

Wow, that confetti ring is so pretty and sparkly! I love tiny pave stones. The twig shaped ones are cute, but it might be hard to wear next to your engagement ring (?).

I personally love rose gold! For her and for him!
Tan says
@Ashley: lol I love your two takes on the symbolism of his ring. Ha!
@Holly: Me too! I want to start collecting a whole butt load of stacking rings! So pretty
@Stephanie: I know ๐ I love twig designs but sadly they won’t work with my engagement ring.
@Meagan: I’m a huge rose gold fan! I’m looking into using an old wedding band made from portuguese gold, which is like a slightly darker rose gold.

Loving both your his and hers bands! #4 on the lady’s list has to be my absolute fav.
My husband was the same way. ๐ We had a surprise wedding on New Years Eve, so the day before Christmas I dragged him into a jewelry store. It was too late for anything fancy, so he rocks a basic white gold, undecorated ring. Not a jewelry man, that dude. ๐
Just met you via the Alt Summit class…happy to have found your blog! ๐

Haahaa! Love this because it is the same story on my end… HE actually scheduled us an appointment with our diamond broker (a friend of ours who helped him with my engagement ring). We actually just went yesterday and I have to say that it was so helpful to try styles on and see what I like best with my engagement ring. My ring is pretty intricate, so I ended up loving a simple thin diamond band…eventually I want to collect a variety of bands to stack. I definitely suggest you go try some on! Happy that you popped over to my blog…so nice to meet you ๐ XO brynn
