Before I was engaged I had my wedding colours all sorted out:
- Each bridesmaid a different colour with a white bouquet of a single flower type – preferably their birth month flower
- Me in a white dress, perhaps with a multicoloured petti coat underneath, with a colourful bouquet with each bridesmaid colour and their birth month flower
- Guys dressed in grey and white with their tie the same colour as their coordinating bridesmaid
As you can see that’s not what we ended up doing, but I still love the idea. And if super bright rainbow colours isn’t your style, you can still do this with muted pastels and get the same effect. I think it’s totally gorgeous and so much fun, don’t you?

I loved the colors you used in your wedding! The rainbow theme is a fun idea too… that photo of the bride and bridesmaids is so pretty!
