Ahhhh spring break. For myself, fellow teachers and students, it is a time to re-energize. But for most parents? Well you just might find yourself thinking “WHAT am I gonna do with the kids for a whole week!” (or if you’re lucky like me, two weeks).
The beauty of spring break is that the weather has (hopefully) warmed up enough that you can spend time outdoors playing and exploring the new growth of the season. Go out to explore and play with this printable game! Grab this printable spring break bingo scavenger hunt sheet and keep the kiddos entertained all week long. Okay maybe a day, or an afternoon, or 20 minutes… Hey man I don’t know how active your kids are.
There’s only one sheet so it’s not your typical bingo, which is why it’s a bingo scavenger hunt. Like bingo, kids need to get a straight or diagonal line, and there’s a free square in the middle. Unlike bingo there is no caller, and instead the kids go off and find the items themselves. Bingo/Scavenger Hunt mash up!
If you trust your kids not to fib (“oh yeah mom I totally saw a robin. It’s such a pretty yellow bird!) you can give them markers/dabbers and let them run wild. Another option is to have a station with their bingo cards and and place markers like seeds, lego pieces, coins, or rocks. Every time they find something they have to either bring it to you (something already fallen/dead like a leaf) or bring you to where they found the item. This would help lengthen the game and is more interactive. Double bonus.
All you have to do is click on the image above to grab the download. Print in full colour (or b&w if your kids and and you you want to save ink) on sturdy card stock and go have fun!

Hi Krystle!
Oh my apologies for not replying. I’ll put a note up top this post. The file is located on a separate computer which is currently in storage, which I’m not able to access due to Covid. aI’m hoping I’ll be able to get it soon!a
