I can’t believe the time has come to plan Squirrelly Babe’s first birthday, but alas it’s just over a month away! I don’t know what it is about him turning one that makes me a little sad. I think it’s a mix of having to go back to work and not being with him all day every day, and the fact that turning one feels like he’s no longer a baby. *sigh* Nevertheless, I am excited to celebrate his beautiful, full circle around the sun, and plan to do so taco style!
Above is some of the inspiration for his taco party. We plan to host it in our backyard with tons of tacos, a maraca painting station for the kiddos, margaritas for the adults, and plenty of Mexican blankets and pillows to lounge on. I can’t wait!
