A couple years ago I got a notepad with a grocery checklist. I use it regularly. Like, all the time. So much so that I’m down to my last few pages and am starting to feel a bit at a loss. So what did I decide to do? Make my own and share it with you!
I find this checklist particularly useful if I’m shopping for a recipe, or if there are several specific items I need to fill up the pantry and fridge. I don’t know about you, but if I go into a grocery store with more than 5 items on my mental list, I’m bound to forget a few. I never forget anything if I bring my paper checklist – I almost always forget if I rely on my memory. ….kind sad isn’t it?
It’s not as flushed out as my original version, but it’s organized in a way I prefer and includes items I purchase more regularly. Of course you and I don’t always buy the same things, so there’s a space for you to add additional items under each section, and a few more in case it doesn’t belong anywhere.
I hope this makes your grocery shopping trips a little easier like it has for me!

I love these! They have all the basics, so you don’t have to build up your grocery checklist from scratch. I always forget the simple things like apples, or butter. Thanks for sharing!
I’ll add it to my printable checklists, you should check out this weekly to-do printable too, it’s quite useful as well.
