Apologies for being completely MIA on all social media and blogging fronts, but this week has been a bit rough. Staying up to midnight each night to paint the dining room (can’t wait to show you) and blog each day while teaching full time has been a bit tough to juggle. And so, aside from the sponge ones or paint rollers for the dining room, my hand hasn’t picked up a paint brush all week and it makes me so sad. So instead I’ll just stare at these gorgeous works of art instead!
I didn’t realize how much I love painting until I wasn’t able to do any all week.I guess that’s a good sign eh?

What is something you miss doing/creating when life gets hectic?


It’s a long weekend so I plan to get as much painting in as possible (hooray!).
Due to the long weekend I will be taking Monday off away from the blog, so I’ll be seeing you on Tuesday!
