I have 305 food pins on my eat board and I’ve made 23. That’s an abysmal comparison. But I have to say, of that 23 nearly all of them were fantastic and have been made multiple times that it makes me think: “Why don’t I make pinned recipes more often?”

So here’s the thing.
I moan and groan each week that “I don’t know what to make”, while I literally have 100’s of hand selected recipes at my finger tips.
So I’ve decided to put myself to the challenge I call Pin Make Eat.
Once a week, instead of defaulting to my usual rice and beans or quinoa and kale, I’m going to try a recipe from my pinterest eat board. Then once a month I’ll post a “Pinned It Made It Ate It” on the blog to show you the recipes I tried out. I’ll also post tweets and instagrams while cooking using the hashtag #pinmakeeat.
