Is it just me or does thanksgiving ALWAYS sneak up on you fellow Canadians? I suppose for me I’m always wrapped up in the beginning of the school year that it always comes by surprise, and before I know it I have mere days left without a single craft made or meal planned (though I did share a craft yesterday).
Well, if I were on my game, these are the crafts and foods I’d have ready to go for this long weekend. If I were really on my game all our boxes would be unpacked and our first ever mantel would be decorated with white pumpkins and burlap. One thing at a time!
I’m really looking forward to this long weekend to decompress, relax, get some work done on the house and spend some quality time with my husband, my family and my friends. Quality time, that’s what long weekends are all about.
Canadian thanksgiving or not, what are your weekend plans?
