No cinco de mayo party is complete without a pinata, and of course with a pinata comes a blindfold. Why not trade some random piece of cloth for this super cute fringe blindfold? And hey, if you made and sent out these invitations then they’ll match!
Start by cutting out a piece of card stock 3.5×11 inches, then cutting out a semi circle on the bottom centre so the nose can sit comfortably. Then start fringing! The steps are the exact same as the fringe invitations.
Next you’ll punch a hole out on each side of the blindfold, then tie a 24 inch long ribbon on each side. Voila! Your fringe blindfold is ready for its pinata smashing mission!
Attacking a pinata in a fringe blindfold (and in my case with a broomstick) is a much fancier way to celebrate the holiday, no?
Plus, it can double up as a cute headband.
