It’s time for this month’s Fiesta Movement theme, and it’s one of my favourite things ever – style! Each month the Fiesta Movement picks a theme. Bloggers share the movement while Agents from all over shoot fantastic videos.
There’s so much you can do with the theme style, and I love what this girl Megan Batoon came up with. Not only did she think outside the box with the style challenge, but her choreo is fantastic! Plus, the video is pretty fun considering Ryan didn’t drink coffee when I met him, and I often tried to coerce him into trying mine. He eventually came around ๐
If you didn’t know before, I started dancing hip hop about 10 years ago, and have been dancing at the same studio for about 5…6?…I’ve lost track.
Aside from Portuguese dancing, I was never put into dance as a kid and always longed to. So what did I do as soon as I earned my first paycheque? Enrolled in a nearby ballet school. Eventually I found hip hop and have loved it ever since.
So, for this month’s Fiesta theme of style, check back next week to see me in my hip hop gear (a side usually only my dance friends see) and maybe see me dancing in a vid or two ๐
My style is usually pretty laid back and hip if I may say so, but sometimes I like to bring my hip hop style out of the dance studio and onto the street.
It’s my other style side.
