So, while I think they’re fantastic, I have resisted using stock photography because I prefer to use my own images. But after looking for good stock photo sites I’m amazed at how much beautiful and free feminine stock photography is out there. Looking back, I think I never bothered because I thought all stock photography were cheesy photos of people at a work office with their cheesy grins by the water cooler, or a photo of the wide open road and sun flares, making you wish you could pack everything up and just leave right now.
But nope, there’s hundreds (if not thousands) of absolutely free images you can use for your 3 b’s – blog/business/brand. Some sites don’t require anything at all while others would like you to join their mailing list in exchange for the photos (a small price to pay). Most don’t even require you to tell people where you got the photos from (but don’t you dare go telling people it’s your work). Now while attribution might not be necessary, keep in mind that’s it’s always appreciated.
Check out these 15 sources for gorgeous feminine stock photography to use for your blog, business, or social media. Make sure to thoroughly read their rights of use before posting.
