Much to the mister’s chagrin, I’ve always had a pink, silver, red, and white christmas tree. But ever since watching Lia Griffith’s Handcrafted Holiday Video and seeing all her fabulous DIY’s and templates to follow last holiday season, I couldn’t wait to fill my Christmas tree with handmade decorations the following year. We went to the tree farm yesterday to cut ours down (for the very first time!) but sadly they were closed. So we’ll have to wait until this weekend but that’s okay. Now I have more time to plan and craft my natural glam christmas tree!
Here are my favourite Christmas trees that either add a bit of a homemade touch, or just have a simple yet beautiful feel to them.
I can’t wait to get started! If you haven’t gotten your Christmas tree yet either, here are a few helpful hints and ideas when picking out and decorating:

Mine is has red and white ornaments. Although I’m thinking gold is cool too, a lot of my accents are gold. So I might add some next year!
