I’m a huge on-line window shopper, which occasionally leads to a Visa bill I’d rather forget. I know I’m not doing myself a favour right now as it’s making my urge to buy out the shops even stronger, but I’ve stumbled upon quite a few adorable online shops lately and simply could not resist sharing them with all of you. Maybe you could buy all the merchandise before I get a chance?

Aren’t these shops adorable?
Because there are just so many fantastic shops out there that I simply can’t roll into one post, the last Tuesday of every month will be devoted to showcasing all the lovely shops out there.
Because all our credit cards need a little bit of exercise…don’t they?
Happy Monday everyone!
I hope your week started off on the right foot. Mine sure did! And that’s because I had a healthy, wholesome, DELICIOUS breakfast waiting for me.
During the weekend I eat pretty delectable breakfasts (yesterdays was pulled pork bennies) so nearly every weekday morning I keep it simple with muesli, and I always look forward to it.
The best thing about this breakfast (aside from being healthy and filling you up until mid morning snack) is how versatile it is. You can have it completely plain or throw in any sort of crazy combination of fruits, seeds and nuts you’d like.
Today I’m sharing my favourite version.
Ingredients
I don’t exactly measure how much of each item I put in as I like to change it up. Sometimes I make a huge batch to last me months while other times I make it each day. A good rule of thumb for measurements is 3 parts rolled oats to 1 part all the extra goodies.
Method
Step #1: Combine all ingredients, ensuring they’re mixed thoroughly.
Step #2: The night before, soak 3/4C muesli in 1/2C milk of choice.
Step #3: Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step #4: Mix muesli and eat as is or topped with yogurt, fresh berries and/or honey!
Insanely easy isn’t it?
I’ve shared mine and now I’m curious;
what’s your weekday breakfast staple?

I set up my “inspiration wall” about 10 months ago and it hasn’t changed much since. It’s boring, lacks character, and more importantly, LACKS INSPIRATION!
I don’t know what it is. Call it ironic if you’d like, but I just can’t get inspired to put love into my inspiration wall. I understand the idea of an inspiration wall is to put items up that make you feel inspired, but when you don’t like how it currently looks and don’t care about it, how can you get inspired to make it look better? I know I should and it boggles my mind that I’ve left it so ugly for so long.
To help get the inspiration I need to revamp this wall, I’m posting up some images to get me rolling.

Along with these lovely images, I’d love to hear any ideas you might have. As I type from the computer against the lacklustre wall that needs oh so much help, I ask you,
What should I do to my inspiration wall?
Any input would be
greatly appreciated.

The weather is warming up and even though it isn’t summer yet, I’m starting to crave ice cream.
My personal fave? Vanilla frozen yogurt.
Oh so boring I know.
But wait! It doesn’t have to be.
What I love about vanilla ice cream (or frozen yogurt) is you can buy a large container of it but every single bowl is a different ice cream. It all depends on what you put on top. Some of them are a little unusual, but trust me, they are all oh so delicious.
Here are some of my top favourite combinations:
