Ploughman’s Lunch. That oh so wonderful, thrown together, all food groups hitting meal.
If I don’t have anything planned for lunch or no energy/time, this is my go to meal. And it’s perfect. You get your cheese, meats, breads, vegetables, fruit, nuts, pickles…anything!
The best part about this meal is it is completely customizable. You can easily incorporate local foods and even food from your own garden. You can change it up every day and make it as eclectic (throw in some dried mulberries!) or basic (meat and bread) as you want.
